We are sorry you have not received our many emails. We received your first email on Nov 07, 2016 at 7:02 PM and this was replied too on Nov 08, 2016 at 10:14 AM. You sent another email that we received on Nov 10, 2016 at 8:48 PM and we replied on Nov 11, 2016 at 9:37 AM and also resent the reply that was sent on Nov 08. In addition, on Nov 11 at 9:40 AM we also sent a voice text message to your registered phone number. We have tried to communicate with you. We have now resent copies of all these emails once more. Please ensure you have checked your Spam/Junk mail folder.
