Purchased 3 shirts I received 2 in a timely manner with a letter stating the 3rd was on back order and would be sent 3 weeks later. Three weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I sent them an email with no reply. Two or three weeks after that I received an email stating my last shirt had been shipped. Normally service is great and shipping is fast, I understand there was a fire at the warehouse and material was backordered, but when you are not going to ship a backorder on time a little communication goes a long way.

Took 4 months to get my two shirts. Would’ve been nice to receive some sort of discount for a future purchase. Not even asking for a free one or a discount on the shirts I ordered but 20% off a future purchase would’ve kept my business.

The shirts were worth the wait! They are a comfortable option when used while welding and look stylish too,

Shopping experience was horrible! Not only was it the fact that I waited five months for my two custom FR shirts, the only reason I didn’t cancel the order was cause I understand they had a fire about a month into my wait that damaged their building. That must have really sucked so I gave them the benefit and never cancelled, but even after waiting five months they got my order wrong. I had ordered a navy shirt and a black shirt, they sent me two black shirts but hey after you waited five months color isn’t a big deal so I didn’t bother sending it back.
Don’t get me wrong though the product is great I love the shirts and the lady I was in contact with was very responsive. I’d email her and ask for updates on my order status and she’ll get back to me pretty quick. Good people, great product maybe just bad timing.
