The purse is cute but the service was horrible. I received my item well over the timing that was given at purchase. And when I reached out to inquire, I was completely ignored & eventually filed a dispute with PayPal....shortly after which my item magically shipped and got delivered! I will NEVER purchase from this site again!!

I have no idea where my order is. I got an email saying that it was shipped on 12/22 (I placed the order on 12/15, so this seems like a long time to prepare the order in today’s standards) however, there was not tracking information. I called to get some sort of idea as to when the package would be delivered and reached a full mailbox. Very disappointing.

Took way longer than quoted and arrived damaged with ink stains on it. There was no time left for a replacement at that point so my wife was stuck. Lesson learned. Never again.
