Be careful about that company, they are fraud, i made business with them, i am selling 35 dollars, they charged 43 dollars , do not make any business with that company

I wanted a depiction of my wife’s horse as a Christmas gift for her. The preview I received from my submitted photo looked great. The received product however was extremely disappointing. The etching has no depth and has lost half the horse’s neck. It is so faint that when put on a shelf it is impossible to see what the image is intended to be. I spoke to the company and their response was that there is no flaws in the product. I beg to differ. I think it is very poor quality and not at all like the advertised product.

I will not return to this business, nor recommend it as the stress regarding the lack of communication, as well as the very poor quality of service, was upsetting and not worth it.

The quality of service declined sharply after I paid. No one communicated that the piece was ready, I needed to call at least 6 times without getting a response.

When I tried to complain, a sales person named Kat would not listen to me, interrupted repeatedly, and talked over me. She said that I should be satisfied as the piece was ready, not understanding nor willing to hear that I was not informed of this.

I asked to speak with the manager, and was told NO. Kat then hung up the phone. It really took me by surprise as I was not swearing nor raising my voice, just expressing displeasure at the lack of communication.

When I came in to pick up the piece with my husband and sales woman looked angry. I asked if her name was Kat and she said yes. I said, “you hung up on me”, and she muttered ‘umhum’.

As well, in the advertisement, the rectangular crystal appears bigger than a cell phone, listed for $59. In fact, the $59 piece is barely bigger than a thumbnail. The cost of the extra large rectangular crystal, which is just bigger than a cell phone and I ended up buying is actually $149.

I ordered an extra large photo crystal as a birthday gift and asked to pick it up instead of using delivery as it was a rush. The service was excellent up until I payed, after which it sharply declined.

I was promised my crystal would be ready by 11 am and that someone would call to confirm its readiness. No one called. I needed to make repeated calls until someone finally figured out my purchase, by which point I had missed part of my party.

When I tried to complain, Kat, the sales associate argued with me and would not allow me to finish. She kept saying that I had no right to complain since the product was in fact ready. I tried to explain that there was no communication that it was in fact ready, which meant I did not receive it in time. She continued to interrupt and would not allow me to speak. I asked for a number for the owner or manager of the company. She said she would not give me this number and actually hung up the phone! I was incredulous, as I used polite language and only voiced my displeasure at the lack of communication.

When I came to pick up the item with my husband, the woman who opened the door looked angry. I asked if her name was Kat and she answered ‘yes’. I said ‘you hung up on me’, and she muttered ‘umhum’. No apology. She offered a discount on an add on lamp, which I declined. My husband asked for the name of the manager, and this time she gave the name (Rainy), and said he would be tomorrow.

I called repeatedly the next day to speak with the manager. I finally left a message with Kat herself, saying that I would leave this review unless I heard back from him. Not sure if the message was actually received, but I did not hear back.

Though the product was nice, the stress was not worth it, and the rudeness was very upsetting, ruining my experience.

As an aside, the advertisement shows the crystal for $59 beside a cell phone which appears much smaller than the crystal. In actual fact, a crystal that size is several hundred dollars.

Very deceiving..image is no way that size. Mine the picture is so small its hard to see unless you pick it up. Disappointed

I would rate the crystal a 5 star but customer service a 1. I have tried multiple times to purchase another crystal a week later, asking if I could get the 2 or more price. They stated yes but couldn't get the price tallied correctly. My advice is to get it correct the first time. Again the product is a 5 star

My order arrived on time and it is beautiful! Very happy with result! Packaging is also lovely- the box to give as a gift is perfect and very classy! I would definitely recommend this product!

I love my crystal, I have ordered it for my parents and it looks amazing, very well packed, made and sent within a week, express delivery. Bigger than I thought, worth the money!
