Worst experience esk8 related ever. Every small chinese brand does better. Support is just there to salve you off. They repeat the same things again and again: "end of month" delivery.. for a freaking year! Got a DOA raptor and first thing I did was sending it back. 71usd shipping... no refund. They never have spares in stock, shitty wheels, range is a bad joke (15km) really do yourself a favor and stay away from enertion, they are useless.

So far, I have to rate it all on the only experience I have had and that was when I reached out to inquire about when I would receive the board, I was not happy with the response. It was suppose to be shipped end of December it in January (I purchased it in October). Then it was pushed to March I believe... then I reached out and was told end of April and I was annoyed at that point and inquired about cancelling the order INCASE I found another board that would reach me faster cause I was shopping around again at that point. The reply to that was to inform me that I would be charged like 20% or something rediculous because it was already built or in the process of being built but due to the quality of the wheels it was held up. I replied that the original agreement was way before end of April and that if I wanted to cancel after finding another board elsewhere that I can physically use finally, I should be able to because Enertion Board didn’t hold to their original agreement! After that I got absolutely no reply... that is a BIG NO GO for customer loyalty. I just left it at that, with a really bad taste in my mouth with the whole thing. I did see another board with Evolve that I liked, and still believe I will buy one with them, and when corresponding with them, they were pleasant and addressed my concerns by replying to every message. I recently made the choice to get there board as well in the near future and enertion confirmed my delivery address recently and now it will take 30-40 MORE DAYS (which is adding to my frustration about these dates... it’s just a lot!). At this point it’s SUPPOSEDLY in route but I cannot track it until it is in FedEx’s hands! So yeah, two stars for experience and that’s simply because I got some replies only to drop off from my last reply lol. And the second star is for confirming my address lol.

Ok so I waited 8 months for the Raptor 2.1, I had basically two rides on that board before discovering multiple issues. Firstly, on my first ride out, the board wouldn’t move with my weight on it when the battery was around 20%. I was on my last stretch back home and carrying it the rest of the way would’ve been annoying so I basically walked next to it. Secondly, the controller, the trigger would get stuck at full throttle and when you brake, so I would press on the throttle then let go expecting it to decelerate but the trigger gets stuck and it keeps powering on, throwing me off my balance, same idea with the brake. Till that point, I had not tried rspec mode, so I thought I would give it a go. Finally, on Rspec mode the motors/electrical circuit powers for about 3 seconds at a time. So it would cut off acceleration every few seconds. At this point, I’m engaging with support and they want me to send the board on my dime to a Montreal service agent from Calgary. I refuse to do so and demand a refund. Support tells me I can cancel the order but they’ll charge me 20%. So about $420 and I don’t know how much to ship the board back to them to China or Australia or wherever and that it would take 30 business days to process the refund. At this point, I’m losing it. I look up the cost of shipping to Montreal and it cost about $220. Support went on and on about how they could look into reimbursing me the shipping cost (I still don’t know what’s there to consider since they sent me a defective board) but only after the service agent receives the board. After sending the board to Montreal, support sent glad tidings of how management has approved to reimburse me the $220 and that they’ll send me a form. I have yet to receive the form and yet to hear back from the service agent or enertion support. It has only been a week but they exhausted all my patience after sending me a defective product 8 months after purchasing this premium board.

Received the board and was pleasantly surprised with build and performance. Pros: Good Performance and build quality. Cons: Long wait and heavy I still need to evaluate the board properly but everything seems pretty good. I think a Raptor Lite would be a pretty cool idea.

Got my raptor 2.1 it’s awesome, however it was shipped with a US Power cable not an AUS Cable so could ride it till I got a cable to charge it up fully as per the setup instructions if it had the correct cable It would be 5stars

We ordered our boards over a year ago. There has been no communication for why it has taken that long to receive them. We have had to go out on our own to get any answers or just get updates on our orders. Enertion has not been proactive about communicating. Any information we know had been because we searched for it. I have heard from a friend about the update program. I didn't even know the update was an option. Even with opting in to wait for the update there has not been any commutation about time expectations or compensation for waiting this long to even get the boards. If it wasn't for the restocking fee I would have cancelled all 6 of my orders. In the end... Communication is where the problem is. Just look at all the comments on your website. They are months to up to a year old. No updates no communication. I don't care if this is the best board in existence, the time lost and experience in waiting for them would make me never want to recommend Enertion to anyone I know. I have a group of friends that I convinced to sell their boosted boards to get the Raptor and now they all look at me like I'm an idiot for talking them out of a board that they have been waiting for almost a year to get. I have Zero to show for the time I have given to Enertion to wait for the boards.
